¿Por que escribo poesía?
Bueno, te diré una cosa
voy dejando el alma mía
en cada verso, en cada prosa.

Es el verso la veste primorosa
tomada del arcón de un hechicero
que al gusano lo cambia en mariposa
y al mendigo, lo torna caballero.

Es la inspiración que brota
sembrada con gran pasión
...cada letra una gota
de sangre del corazón.

Tiene el poeta un poco
de locura y de razón
!Dicen que el poeta es loco¡
por que vive de ilusión.

Desde el amor más puro
cuando escribo cosas bellas
como el cielo mas oscuro
cuajado de mil estrellas.

Pero cuando me hacen daño
con tantas hipocresías
!Cortos se me hacen los días!
para escribir sobre engaño.

Yo por mi parte escribo
lo que siento y lo que toco
!De mil ilusiones vivo!
aunque digan que estoy loco

of insanity and reason

From the purest love
I write beautiful things

But when I hurt
with so many hypocrisies
! Short will make me day!
to write about deception.

I for one am writing
what I feel and what I play
! Of a thousand dreams alive!
